  Indgridents 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 6 -7 grapes  2 cups Almond milk 3 tbsp of smash strawberry mush  Instructions 1. Defrost frozen strawberries into microwave until strawberries have slightly soften.  2. Pour in a small medium sized bowl lightly mash, a syrup type of consistency will form.  3. Refrigerate for 2-3 hrs 4.  Put 1/2 Cup  frozen blueberries into blender and 6-7 grapes 5. In a seperate cup pour strawberry mush syrup and mix with 2 cups almond milk and stir  6. Pour strawberry milk in blender.  7. Blend ingridents until preferred texture of your choice. After a couple minutes mine had thicken , just give a stir or add more milk.  Enjoy! 😊
